  Kevin P. Kelly is a husband and father of two children. He has 10 years of carpentry experience in the Philadelphia carpenter’s union and has five years of experience in the property management industry. He left his job to achieve his life long dream of starting his own business and with his best friend at his side, he is very enthused and committed. In his many years in the union, Kevin has learned all of the trades and is exceptional in his ability to build, repair, and visualize any project in any setting. He also gained priceless experience in managing multimillion dollar projects as a superintendent. His true passion though is the outdoors and nature and his dream is to have a career where he can be outside working hard all day. He is extremely hard working and takes pride in the quality of his work. He is tremendously reliable, dependable, and honest. He is so grateful for the opportunity to make his dream come true and does not take it for granted. He is deeply committed to establishing a business where you can always expect exceptional quality as well as consistent honesty, fairness and reliability.

  Tony Marsalo is a 33 year old husband and father of two girls with a Bachelor’s degree from Towson University in Environmental Planning. He has a strong work ethic and believes strongly in good business practice, which is often hard to find today. Tony wants to provide honest and quality work through this full service landscape outfit. He brings 7 years experience in landscaping along with the love of the practice. Tony believes continuing education is very important and recently took certification courses from the Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute to become ICPI Certified. For many years he has wanted to start his own business providing these services, now he looks forward to bringing his vision of a Landscape Company which portrays professionalism and quality into the green industry. 

  Cindy Miller joined Twin Valley Property Management in 2008 as the Office Manager. She is responsible for managing the administrative functions such as invoicing, data input, customer inquiries and keeping the staff in line.

She has 20+ years combined administrative & management experience from NASA Space Station Freedom, Boston Market Corporate Office, and Excel Environmental.

Her primary job is wife & mother of two.
